Executive Valet Trash and Recycling System is as Easy as 1, 2, 3. Residents put Trash Bins outside their Doorway between the hours of 6pm – 8pm Sunday through Thursday. You will wake up to a Sanitized, Clean Trash receptacle to return back to your unit by 9am.

General Trash Guidelines:
1.) Two bags of trash are allowed per night. Bags are required to be kitchen sized trash bags. Bags must be tied, void of rips or tears, not be leaking and weigh less than 25 lbs.
2.) We accommodate for two broken down per evening. They need to be normal sized boxes, not couch boxes or very large TV boxes, and must be completely flattened.
The allotted amount of items will be taken. If there is additional items or do not follow the guidelines the items will be left with a violation card left for your reference.
